Products with display-related issues (including display damage, display complaints, or display preferences) are not eligible for return or replacement.

Returns
You may return your item within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
